RAGI ADAI WITH TWIST

INGREDIENTS

  • Ragi flour - 3 cups

  • Onion(big)- 1 no

  • Onion seeds powder - 2 tsp ( iron rich)

  • Salt to taste

  • Mint leaves - 1 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp

  • Water - 1 cup

  • Sesame oil for cooking


METHOD

  1. In bowl add all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Then add hot water and mix well into a dough.

  3. Then pat on a banana leaf or butter paper in dosa shape and keep aside.

  4. On a hot iron tawa add the Ragi roti and cook on both sides.

  5. Hot Ragi roti is ready, serve with coconut chutney.

  6. Enjoy the calcium and iron rich ragi adai.
