INGREDIENTS
Ragi flour - 3 cups
Onion(big)- 1 no
Onion seeds powder - 2 tsp ( iron rich)
Salt to taste
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Sesame oil for cooking
METHOD
In bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
Then add hot water and mix well into a dough.
Then pat on a banana leaf or butter paper in dosa shape and keep aside.
On a hot iron tawa add the Ragi roti and cook on both sides.
Hot Ragi roti is ready, serve with coconut chutney.
Enjoy the calcium and iron rich ragi adai.
