MAKHANA CANDY

INGREDIENTS

Makhana / 1 cup

Jaggery / ½ cup

Sesame seeds / ½ tsp

Poppy seeds / ½ tsp

Ghee / 1 tbsp


DIRECTIONS

Dry roast the makhanas in a thick bottom pan and keep aside.

Then add ghee and roast sesame seeds n poppy seeds.

Add jaggery to the above mixture and let it melt. When it comes to candy consistency, add dry roasted makhanas and mix well.

Crispy makhana candies are ready to serve.


Note: add jaggery to water and when it’s forms a ball, then that's candy consistency.
